Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your access to and participation in the Millionaire Loan Officer™ & Millionaire Real Estate Agent™ AI Marketing 3-Day Live Summit (“Event”) and related materials or services provided by Elevate Real Estate LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. The Event is open to real estate professionals, loan officers, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Event Access

The Event is held live via Zoom from October 27–29, 2025 at 10 AM EST. VIP members may join exclusive Q&A sessions after each class. We may modify schedules, speakers, or content when necessary.

Intellectual Property

All materials—videos, slides, scripts, templates, recordings, and AI systems—are owned by Elevate Real Estate LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for educational use only. You may not copy, sell, or share materials without written consent.

AI & Educational Disclaimer

This Event uses AI tools for marketing and automation education. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and complying with regulations.

Payments, Refunds & Promotions

Participation may include free or paid tickets. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. If the Event is canceled by us, registrants will receive a full refund.

Communications & Consent

By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS notifications for updates and reminders. Marketing messages are optional and may be opted out at any time. Message frequency may vary; standard SMS/data rates apply.

Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Limitation of Liability

The Event is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee results or earnings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevate Real Estate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed your registration fee.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Real Estate LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued participation indicates acceptance of new terms.
